Working with clients in the Wills Trust and Probate department we take the stress away from people, help them through a life changing experience and we build relationships with clients that often last over several years. It is a very family orientated area of the law and we often get to work with several generations of the same family. It can be very personal and we like the fact that our clients really feel they can trust us and the firm to do the very best for them.<\/p>\n
In our WTP team we deal with a broad range of work from a very varied client base. This could involve advising a client with a very small estate on the preparation of their Will, to advising high net worth clients with foreign assets on tax planning and domicile issues. We deal with a diverse caseload ranging from Wills<\/a> and Powers of Attorney<\/a>, to Court of Protection work<\/a>, Trusts, and Tax as well as Estate Administration<\/a>.<\/p>\n Every day and every case is different and individual. We have a busy department staffed by a great team of hard working people, and we all work closely together to ensure we constantly provide the highest level of service that we can to all of our clients. We strive to be at the peak of our specialities and all members of our team are either members of, or working toward membership of, both STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and SFE (Solicitors for the Elderly).
