Support for SME\u2019s is at the very heart of our business.<\/p>\n<p>SME businesses are typically owner-managed and can have a strong family involvement which further dictates a much more holistic approach to managing legal needs.<\/p>\n<p>Directors may be related which can pose legal challenges when it comes to reflecting wishes for a business in a will, when couples separate, employment status<\/p>\n<p>We know that funding for new business start-ups or renewing or extending financing can place a strong link between a business and personal assets, so we work closely with the business owners to ensure their interests are reflected in financial agreements.<\/p>\n<p>We work alongside business owners during all the stages in the development of their business from formation, growth through to divestment, merger and exit.
