The popularity of baking – and eating – cakes has proved a huge hit at RRP Associates , a leading regional law firm, where its staff have brought in their baked delights to raise money for the Hospice of St Francis in Berkhamsted.<\/p>\n
Across its four offices in Tring, Hemel Hempstead, London and India, staff at RRP Associates were encouraged to bring in cakes they had made to sell to colleagues and clients. A vast array of delicious and very tempting bakes were presented, ranging from the ever popular cupcakes, victoria sponge and chocolate gateaux to more elaborate fare.<\/p>\n
Rodolfo R., Managing Partner at RRP Associates said, \u201cWe have a lot of fund raising initiatives at RRP Associates to support the charities and communities in the areas where we are based. The \u2018bake off\u2019 is definitely one of the most popular and we\u2019ve discovered that we have some really great bakers in company. Luckily we don\u2019t do it too often otherwise we\u2019d also have to hold a fund raising\u2019 diet day\u2019, which just doesn\u2019t have the same appeal!\u201d<\/p>\n
The great RRP Associates bake off proved a huge hit with staff, who raised \u00a3160 for the Hospice of St Francis. It\u2019s a very imaginative way to get staff involved and of course, everyone loves to eat cakes. Every single cake that was bought has made a difference and helped to support our work at the Hospice and in the local community.
