This is all subject to the social distancing and health and safety regulations that are now in place.<\/p>\n<p>The BBC has estimated that there are approximately 450,000 buyers and renters with plans on hold whilst Zoopla was reported as saying that they estimate that \u00a382billion of property sales had effectively been put on hold during the lockdown.
